Recipe: Paleo Caribbean Pina Colada

Caribbean smoothies have always rum in them, to make this recipe more Paleo and healthy you need to avoid that. Enjoy this vitamin filled smoothie on your AIP diet.

Serves: 2


½ can = coconut milk

2 cups = pineapple chunks

1 = orange (peeled)


Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve and enjoy.
