Review: Nuvia Cafe (Gourmet Coffee)

Lord knows I need my coffee in the morning to function properly. I've been cutting down a little bit in my attempt to get healthier, as stated in my previous posts. I have to admit, it's been hard – okay, a little more than hard. When I was approached to review Nuvia Cafe Coffee, I was a little hesitant at first but when I noticed it was being promoted as a Healthy coffee – I nearly jumped for joy. A coffee that supports healthy energy, immune health & suppresses appetite? Yes please!

Company Says

Nuvia is Sumatran Arabic coffee infused with a trifecta of legendary ingredients; the extracts of 100% certified organic , and Pomegranate. The Sumatran coffee beans are roasted to perfection yielding a superior flavor that is rustic, yet rich and full bodied.

Ganoderma, African Mango and Pomegranate are renown in recent clinical studies. News regarding their health benefits is the subject of wide spread media buzz. See for yourself the benefits of this amazing healthy coffee.

How does it Work?

Now, if you're like me, you might be wondering what the heck Ganoderma is...and while we're at it, what does African Mango Seed and pomegranate have to do with coffee?

Ganoderma, for starters, is used in traditional Asian medicines, and has been for thousands of years. It is being investigated for a variety of potential therapeutic benefits, such as anticancer effects, antioxidant activities, liver-protecting effects, and reducing blood cholesterol, to name a few.

African Mango Seed is known to support weight loss and cholesterol
levels...and pomegranate extract is a powerful antioxidant.

So, not only is this coffee...it's healthy coffee. Are you sold yet?

My Verdict

At first, I was skeptical of how "rich and full bodied" an instant coffee could be, but Nuvia surpassed all of my expectations. The aroma alone would be enough to draw me into the kitchen! Then, as I was drinking my amazing cup of coffee, I began reading about ganoderma and the personal testimonies of those that have been drinking Nuvia for awhile. They spoke of it lowering their blood pressure, providing more energy, helping to control diabetes, and even working as a natural remedy for menopause. While I can't personally speak to these, I will say that I'm all for trying natural remedies. In the short time I've been drinking Nuvia, I've noticed that I have more energy and I love the idea of boosting my metabolism and my immune system with a delicious cup of coffee!

If you'd like to try Nuvia for yourself, you can order through their Website.

Review: Nuvia Trim Weight Loss Coffee

Back about a month ago, I was contacted to see if I wouldn't mind reviewing a coffee product that was designed to help you loose weight. At first I was thinking, impossible. I know that part of the reason why I still have some flubber around my tummy is due to my coffee addiction. I was intrigued and jumped at the chance to even loose a few pounds while drinking what I consider my liquid life support. I received the package, but was a bit skeptical if I should be the one reviewing this product as I realized it was "instant coffee". I don't like instant coffee, or actually I should say instant coffee tends to not like me, or my gut. About 30 minutes after I drink it, I end up in the bathroom because it doesn't agree with me. So I was a bit skeptical, but told myself I would at least try a cup and I'd wait to incorporate it in my weight loss efforts after the holidays.

SUPPORTS APPETITE CONTROL
SUPPORTS THERMOGENIC FAT LOSS
INCREASES LIPOLYSIS
HEALTHY ANTIOXIDANT
SUPPORTS HEALTHY AFTER-MEAL SUGAR LEVELS

How to Use

I usually have to sweeten up my coffee in order for me to drink it. This coffee has a slight raspberry taste to it that makes the flavor of the coffee bold enough that it can be drank alone. No need for sweetener at all but I have to admit that I do prefer it with a little sweetener. It's really good either way though! I have found that it suppresses my appetite & it doesn't make me jittery. I'm going to continue to drink it. It definitely keeps me full enough to not grab my usual snack – same as the Nuvia Cafe. I love it & highly recommend it! Nuvia Cafe products are delicious & worth trying out..
