5 Christmas Hairstyles Ideas

Christmas is now almost around the corner. Fashionable outfits and hairstyles are part of Christmas celebrations. You should definitely look more glamorous than before and after all styling your hair is on more a problem. With the help of styling tools and products you can even look like a star by yourself.
So I decided to create a post about some fashionable hairstyles ideas which can help you look more glamorous and fashionable this Christmas. Here are some of my favorite hair style ideas...

Ponytails

The ponytail gives you a very charming and edgy look. You can make it simple or can experiment it with different accessories.

Hair Extensions

Hair extensions are very much in fashion these days. They can add instant length and volume to your hair and give you a fashionable and change look in minutes. Just make sure to pick est quality and right extensions for your hair. I was searching the net for some hairstyles I came across an amazing hair extensions site called Tedhair.com. I really liked this site and was just wanted to share with all of you. What I really liked were micro loop hair extensions. These are pretty affordable and really easy to use. They claim that these extensions are made of 100% remy human hair. There is no glue, sewing, braiding or heat involved. You people must check this website.

Hair Up-do

Whenever you think of glamorous party look, first thing which comes in your mind is beautiful up-do. You don't even need to consume more time and tool for this and gives you very classic look.

Curls/Waves

Curling hair is my favorite idea. I love curling hair when it comes to a party look. They almost suit anyone and give a very bold and charming look.

Bangs

Hair bangs can really change your whole look. They can enhance any facial features and can make you stand out from the crowd.

How to Use Clip-In Hair Extensions

Ever look at celebrity hairstyles on the red carpet and wonder: How on earth does she have such voluminous, flowing, lust-worthy hair? Or, how did her straight chin-length bob turn into a long, wavy look? They are, as you might assume, fake as in they couldn't be achieved without the help of hair extensions.

I've always stayed far away from clip-in hair extensions. I recently discovered that several of my friends keep clip-ins handy for getting thicker, longer-looking hair for a night, and they always look good—but I still wasn't entirely sold on the idea of wearing something in my hair.

That all changed when I read the tips of hairstylist Ken Paves.
Now check the tips of hairstylist Ken Paves....

Create a good base  You need to give the hair some grip so that the combs on the back of the extension have something to hold onto and don't just slip out. Paves recommends spraying a medium- to strong-hold hair spray and using a comb to tease the area where you'll apply the clips.

Be a master of disguise  Fine-haired ladies like myself need to be more careful that the top of the extension doesn't peek through our natural hair. Teasing the section of hair just above the clip and just below it will provide the necessary coverage and also give you some extra hold.

Use your heat tools  The most important step is to blend your natural hair and the extension together. Paves wrapped both my hair and the extension around his flatiron, to make sure they flowed into one another and to ensure that each layer had the same loose, wavy texture. Use a large-barrel curling iron for bigger curls or, if you want everything to be superstraight, run a flatiron over both your hair and the extension in the traditional way.

Shake it up  When you're finished, use your fingers to shake your hair and the extension, allowing it to fall naturally into place.

Hair Style Tips : Duchess Of Cambridge

Always stylish and elegant, the Duchess of Cambridge has certainly made a big impression on women across the world; in fact, her impact has been so great that her more affordable outfits sell out almost as soon as she has worn them.

Equally, the Duchess is known for her enviable, sleek and shiny hair and luckily her glossy look is easy to replicate, especially since she usually opts for natural styles.

Regal Hairstyles to Covet

Like many women, the Duchess is constantly busy, so she tends to keep her hairstyles simple. By wearing her hair down regularly she prevents product damage and ensures a low   maintenance style, which is easy to achieve by women everywhere.

With her signature look being face-framing hair, either straight or with the addition of loose waves, the Duchess knows what suits her and how to achieve a feminine, yet slightly glamorous style. The half up, half down look is also a trademark hairstyle for her and the one she chose for her wedding day. She often uses accessories with hairpieces and hats.

The Duchess also wears her hair up, albeit less frequently and for formal occasions she sometimes opts for a chic chignon, or more intricate plaited up-dos, which look modern and sophisticated. While essentially simple, hair that is worn down needs to have a certain polish. It needs to be in excellent condition in order for it to be as show-stopping as Kate Middleton's. It takes a certain amount of care and upkeep, but with a little effort this is not difficult to achieve.

Achieving Glossy Looks

Diet can make a huge difference to the condition of hair and by including plenty of variety and ensuring a good balance, the hair follicles will benefit from nutrient boosts, helping them grow stronger and thicker with a natural shine.

Another good way to keep hair looking its best is to have it cut and conditioned regularly. By cutting it every six weeks or so, split ends and frizz are banished, helping the hair to lie flat. Conditioning will also encourage the hair to behave itself, resulting in less flyaway hair and the ability to reflect light. Intensive conditioning can be especially helpful for those whose hair needs a little more attention.

Decent haircare products can really stimulate the hair, but the choice is often overwhelming, so it can be a good idea to stick to the basics rather than go for a complete product overload. A good shampoo and matching conditioner are essential, while a good-quality brush will reduce hair damage and static.
If opting for sleek hairstyles, a shine spray or serum is also a good buy, while a mousse or volumising product will help create a bit of bounce. Hair tongs are also a must-have as they effortlessly create those casual waves and straighteners may be necessary for women who do not have naturally straight hair.
There are plenty of products on the market, each claiming to perform miracles. By sticking to hairdressing supplies for salons women are guaranteed professional products that have been tried and tested on a variety of hair types.

There is no escaping the Kate Middleton effect, but ladies everywhere can rest assured that her beautiful bouncy hair is not beyond emulation. With a good, face-framing haircut and a little care and attention, beautiful hair that is fit for a Duchess can be achieved by anyone.
